At Home Cardio Workout with No Equipment - Fat Burning Cardio Intervals

No equipment, and no reason to not jump right into this quick cardio interval workout that will have you sweating in a hurry but won’t take up more than 30 minutes of your day.

This is a mid range difficulty routine (maybe a 3.5/5 on the difficulty scale, what do you guys think?) that’s a good option for just before or after a strength routine for the upper or lower body. It’s also good paired with a long stretching or yoga routine or as a standalone recovery cardio workout - just make sure to check out the options for a cool downs below if this is the only workout you’re doing for the day.

As shown, it’s not a low impact workout, but I’ve provided low impact modifications all throughout the video (I apologize that a couple of times it took me a bit into the interval to remember to do so!). Whatever your fitness level, make sure that you’re pushing yourself relative to your own strengths and weaknesses. You can make this easier by moving more slowly, taking out the jumping motions, and keep the range of motion more shallow. On the other hand, you can make this harder by adding jumps or jumping more powerfully for each movement, moving faster, using a deeper range of movement, or even holding onto weights or wearing a weighted vest. You can also take shorter or longer breaks as you need to, and more or less frequently; it's all up to you to make the changes that you need to in order to properly push yourself. If you ever find yourself getting discouraged because it seems too difficult, remember that everyone has a starting place, and just make it your main goal to push yourself a little further each time.

Speedy And Beneficial Kettlebell Workouts For Women

Excellent news for busy women who would like to keep fit despite their hectic way of life: now you'll be able to accomplish your health ambitions by working out for just some minutes each day making use of kettlebells. These ball-shaped weights have rapidly risen to develop into a fad on the planet of fitness, particularly amongst girls.

Below are the several kettlebell workouts for girls that you just can try out. By carrying out these trainings, you obtain maximum results with just a very minimal threat of injury, unlike the use of other workout tools. Addressing both strength and cardio training, these workout routines with kettlebells might be accomplished in just 20 minutes to attain fat loss or muscle tone improvement.

Warm-up

For each of those workout routines, position your feet about one foot apart.

1. For the back and abs - Hold the kettlebell with each hands and raise it overhead, maintaining an abs-tight, shoulders-down, and chest-forward position. Then, rotate your hips clockwise 8 occasions. These rotations will need to slightly propel the kettlebell overhead to produce modest circles, too. Repeat this for one more 8 counts, then switch to a counter-clockwise rotation.

2. For shoulders and arms - Secondly, stand with knees slightly bent. Hold your kettlebell together with your correct hand and swing your suitable arm forward. Then, rapidly reach out with your left arm to receive the kettlebell and swing your left arm to your back. Easily reach back with your ideal hand to get the kettlebell and swing the weight forward. Repeat this process for about 20 seconds.

Main Physical exercise

1. For hip, thigh, and butt - Position your feet about half a meter apart. Shift to a squat position and hold kettlebell with each hands. Swing kettlebell back toward the space in between the legs, then swing back up in front of you whilst you stand from squat position. Repeat about 45 times, then do a single-arm swing for one particular minute every arm.

2. For butt, arms, and legs - Hold kettlebell with suitable hand. Step correct foot forward and bend the knee at a correct angle, to make a lunge position with your perfect leg. Although in that position, pass kettlebell under your perfect thigh out of your ideal hand to become received by the left hand. Shift back to standing position. Then, lunge forward with left leg this time (yet again producing a suitable angle using the knee) and pass kettlebell under the left thigh from the left hand to the proper, then back to standing position. Repeat this 18 occasions per leg.

Cool-down

For your cool-down routine, you're able to opt to repeat the warm-up routine and do it slowly but with out the kettlebell involved. Here are some other options for those who favor one thing else. When you favor the regular cool-down routine, you are able to go for the classic shoulder stretch, hip stretch, and hamstring stretch.

According to kettlebell users, this routine burns pounds off the physique inside just weeks of carrying out the workouts religiously. Fat loss and muscle toning can even be ushered in more rapidly by undertaking 20 minutes of cardio exercises (similar to operating, jogging, dancingFree Reprint Articles, swimming) every other day. The kettlebell delivers a great and productive physical exercise expertise for all those women who tend not to have time to go to the gym and lift weights. Fat-burning and body-toning can now be accomplished within just the confines of your property or office.

Jump Rope for the Ultimate Cardio Workout

Our favorite form of cardio at the Exercise Equipment Fanatic is jumping rope. Jumping rope burns more calories per minute than just about any other form of cardio exercise. If you've never tried it before you are really missing out. It does, however, take some time to get your rhythm down as well as to build up enough stamina to be able to do it for more than a few minutes at a time. But they are definitely are a great way to get in a fun, challenging, and intense workout.

By the way, if you don't already own one you can pick one up online for less than 8 bucks!

To get started, you'll want to make sure you are using the proper jump rope length, otherwise if the rope is too long or too short, you'll constantly be tripping yourself up and get frustrated quickly. It's easy to determine the proper rope length. Simply step into the middle of the rope with either foot and pull the handles up towards your armpits. You want the rope ends to stop right at your armpits, if they do not reach your armpits the rope is too short, likewise if they extend past your armpits the rope is too long.

There are also a number of different kinds of ropes as well, speed ropes, beaded ropes, leather ropes and ropes with weighted handles. We recommend you just start with a basic cloth or leather rope and then move on to a speed rope or weighted rope. Beaded ropes are good if you plan on jumping outside, since they take longer to wear out. Weighted handle ropes typically have a pound or so each in the handles. While this doesn't sound like much, those little weights give your shoulders a great workout, and until you are used to them you'll probably have to take them out after just a couple minutes. Speed ropes are made of a thin vinyl cord and are really the best kind to get for cardio fitness. This is the same kind that boxers typically use.

Once you choose your rope you'll want to start performing some jump rope workouts. We recommend starting slow and overtime building up your endurance and skill so that you can really get in the zone. Before we get started with the jump rope moves you should learn first, we want to briefly remind you of the benefits you get from jumping rope.

As mentioned before, you can burn a LOT of calories jumping rope. Of course, you will have to master the movement first, but once you get it down, you can burn up to 1,000 calories per hour! You don't need a ton of space either, just make sure to have the proper overhead clearance. Jump ropes are also very inexpensive and portable, so you can easily pack them in your suitcase on a business trip or take them to your local park and get a nice workout in.

Basic Jump Rope Moves
Once you get good at it, jump rope workouts become really fun. And that, to us, is the biggest benefit of all because the more fun an exercise is, the more you'll want to do it! So let's go over some of the more basic jump rope moves to start off with:
Basic Hop - This is the old fashioned one hop where you just use both feet at the same time to jump over the rope
Alternating Jumps - This is where you hope back and forth from one foot to another
Single Foot Jump- Just as the name implies, jumping over the rope while standing on just one foot.
Front and Side Straddles - You perform this jump by splitting your feet in the air and landing on them either wide apart or with one foot in front of the other
Running In Place - This jump can be a little tricky. You have to spin the rope a little faster until you are essentially running in place while the jump rope passes underneath you
Remember, it's a good idea to mix in all the different jumps mentioned above and will probably take some practice for you to be able to do so. Once you can perform the above jumps with ease you can move onto some of the more advanced moves such as double and even triple unders, criss-crosses, heel jumps, backwards and a bunch of others. The point here is that there is always more you can learn.

Some final tips to remember when you are doing your jump rope workouts and learning the different jump rope moves:
Jump on the balls of your feet
Stay relaxed
Try to use only your wrists when swinging the rope
Find your rhythm
and practice, practice, practice!

Blast fat with a Super Combo Fat Loss Workout

super-combo-fat-loss-workoutI love working out but sometimes I don’t have a lot of time. I don’t want to blow off my workout, but often I have less than 45 minutes to get in and out of the gym. So what’s a busy personal trainer to do? Instead of skipping my workout altogether, I perform a 30 minute intense workout using exercise combos.
It’s actually pretty simple: I flow seamlessly from one exercise to the next without resting or changing the weight.
Because I don’t take a rest between one move and the next, these combo’s deliver an awesome strength AND cardiovascular workout. They have a little high-intensity interval training component built right into them.
Not only do I get my workout done faster, but I also burn some major calories. And, I don’t just do this when I’m short on time. This workout can be a fully-functional 60 minute program just by increasing the weight, reps and sets.
I want to point out that I DO NOT use this workout to replace my regular strength training workouts. Since I don’t change the weight in the middle of a combo, I don’t hit some muscles as hard as I can. However, this super combo fat loss workout is so intense, I found it quickly leans me out.
I usually do one (1) super combo fat loss workout a week along with 3 weight training workouts and one day of interval cardio. Combine that with my 2 rest days, some good clean eating and I’ve got myself a recipe for amazing results.

Add this super combo fat loss workout to your weekly routine and shed some serious fat!

Cardio Exercises to Do at Home
Cardio exercises are effective tools to get your blood and oxygen circulating throughout your body while allowing you to sweat out yucky toxins that can make you sick.  The following is a list of various exercises you can do anywhere, whether it’s your home, hotel room, or even office if you’re so lucky!
  • Plank to Squat – 25 reps
Begin in a straight-arm plank, with feet together and abs braced in tight. Bend knees and quickly jump legs forward, landing in a deep squat with toes just outside of hands and come up to a seated squat.  Then place your hands back where they were and immediately jump back out to plank position. Do 20 reps as quickly as possible.
If it’s too difficult, try this move with hands on a sturdy chair or low box to make it easier to jump in and out of the squat position. But commit to working your way up to the exercise described above while paying attention to any lower back tightness.  The trick is to keep your chest up and knees no farther than the tips of your toes.  That is a perfect squat with no unnecessary strain
  • Single-leg Switch – 15 reps
Stand with feet hip width, knees slightly bent, and arms by sides. Push off right foot and quickly cross right leg in front of left, turning right hip forward and kicking left heel up behind body. Quickly step left foot back down and then right, returning to start position. Immediately repeat on the opposite side, allowing arms to swing naturally during the movement. That’s one rep. Do 10 reps as fast as possible.
Try Udemy’s Thrive90 Fitness Program: Real Results for the Really Busy to get you closer to your fitness goal! If you lead a busy life and need some fast and efficient ways to get fit, this course is for you.
  • Reverse Lunges with a Twist
Stand with feet together, arms by sides. Step right leg back into a lunge and sweep arms down and across left hip. Quickly step right foot back next to left foot, swinging arms up to the right, then reverse to the other side (arms should make a figure eight pattern). That’s one rep. Do 20 reps as fast as possible.
Make it more challenging by doing power lunges, pushing off both legs and jumping up as arms and legs switch.
  • Jack Squats
With feet wide, lower into a deep squat and extend arms out to the sides of shoulders, palms facing up. Jump up out of squat, bringing feet together and clapping hands overhead. That’s one rep. Do 20 reps as fast as possible.
Switch things up by adding a unique yoga course to your regimen. Udemy offers multiple courses about at-home workouts: check out Wall Yoga with Weights, Chairs and Props to get the ultimate workout!
  • Twisting Mountain Climbers
Reps: 10
Begin in a full plank position. Perform a traditional mountain climber by quickly alternating knees into chest, and then begin to ‘run’ feet about 45 degrees to the right. Run back to center, and then travel 45 degrees to the left. That’s one rep. Do 10 reps as fast as possible.

Yes, I said it. Pole dancing.  If you are so inclined to install a pole in your home (it’s more common than you think), the art of pole dancing has become a popular at home cardio workout for many! Udemy offers a complete pole dancing course, “Pole Dancing Video Workout with Noelle Wood.”  Champion pole instructor Noelle Wood teaches this course for all beginners and advanced students and anyone somewhere in between. All lessons are “family-friendly and rated G for general audiences that want to have a great time learning some amazing pole dancing tricks while getting fit and strong in the process” (course description). Who knows, it might be exactly what you’ve been looking for!

Stay on Track
As with any fitness regimen, the first big step is to make the decision to begin working out.  That’s a big one. Some people just dabble here and there which is fine too.  Some who are looking to make real changes to their health and/or physique need to make a commitment to the entire process.  The way any commitment is fulfilled is by simply doing what you said you were going to do. Keeping your word to yourself is the key to success in anything challenging.  Cardio workouts at home makes it much easier to stay on track!
